Easy Importing

• Optional validation of data checks the entries for exceptions before importing.
• During processing, the import progress is clearly displayed.
• When mapping the import fields, browsing for columns is easy with a browse window similar to Microsoft™ Excel.
• Mappings are recalled from the previous use to eliminate the need to re-map when using standard importing spreadsheet formats.
• Option to update or insert existing records.

WorkBook Import/Export

• Your custom WorkBook fields are automatically loaded with the field sizes and types for mapping to the spreadsheet columns. No configuration is required!

OE Import

• Import orders from a spreadsheet or a csv file with many flexible options.
• Optionally pull fields from BusinessVision such as sales price, description, and discounts.
• Optionally fill quantities based on availability in BusinessVision.

Shipping Address Import

• Import customer shipping addresses from a spreadsheet to eliminate manual entry.
