Use the Contact Sales Processing module to process invoices at the click of a button!
- Choose to process all contracts or specify a range of order numbers.
- Process contracts for any length of time by specifying a start and end date.
- Approve the contracts and apply first and last month’s rent as required before processing the invoices to BusinessVision.
- Apply deposits to the first billing period.
- Reprint specifying a range of invoice.
Item History
- View availability in calendar format.
- Browse and access all contracts that contain a selected part and view the available quantities to be rented or sold.
- View the entire history of all contracts pertaining to any serial number and easily calculate the cost and selling price of a specific inventory item.
