Calgary, Alberta; Kelowna, Vancouver & Victoria, British Columbia – March 25, 2010 – Britec Computer Systems Ltd. today merges with Browen I.T. Solutions Inc.
The combination of Britec and Browen, leading Microsoft Gold partners of Microsoft and Sage Software, will provide customers a more powerful set of IT and software solutions for managing their business operations. Using the best of operating systems, hardware, software tools and utilities, we create, manage and deliver accounting software, custom business operations software, infrastructure and networks. Together, the two companies will enhance our offerings around customer needs for technology that is rich in functionality, robust, efficient, and high in throughput.

In the combined company, Roger Katarey will continue as President. Tom Burzuk will join Britec as the Manager – British Columbia District. Brendan Gibb will join Britec as the IT Manager – British Columbia District. Desmond Hamp will join Britec as Account Executive.
